Makoto was born in Japan. She has been working in various theatre, TV, commercial and film in UK. She is fluent both in English and Japanese.

Makoto trained at Narumi Ballet Studio, Tokyo Ballet theatre and Japan Music High School in Japan, Central School of Ballet and Hastings Stage Studio in UK.
